Redevelopment of 2300-2310 Connecticut Avenue


The redevelopment project covers an area of more than 55,000 square feet. The original building was built in 1946, with reinforced concrete and brick construction. The redevelopment project includes the demolition of the original building, while preserving the northern and eastern façade of the original building. The nine-floor commercial building will be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities.

 

SCG America is the general contractor of the project.
